Circle Saturday April 21st on the calendar with that purple Sharpie !! This is the date set for our annual Crawfish Boil 2012. Prepare your tastebuds for boiled crawfish and exciting new Cajun food varieties. This year we will feature fun, competitive events throughout the day for all ages. Music will take us into the night so dust off your dancing shoes. Once again, we will have our silent and live auctions, so start padding your wallet so you can bid, bid, bid. National Championship Game - DFW Watch Party Information

If you are not in New Orleans for the National Championship game (couldn't score tickets, can't take vacation, etc. etc.) then make plans to join the LSU Alumni Association Dallas Chapter to party pre-game, during the game, and post-game. An Evening with the LSU Symphony Orchestra

Make plans February 25, 2012 to spend the evening with the LSU Symphony Orchestra, featuring distinguished guest artist Christopher O'Riley. The concert will be held at the Mesquite Arts Center and begins at 7:30pm.
