2011 Crawfish Boil - Most Successful Ever
The LSU Dallas Alumni Association Board of Directors would like to thank EVERYONE who helped to celebrate the start of spring by attending the 2011 Crawfish Boil. The event was held on Saturday, April 2 at Double D Ranch in Mesquite. We couldn’t have asked for better weather. Big Daddie The DJ provided the music and all LSU fans provided the laughter and fun. The total attendance was 925 LSU Alumni, families and friends. We served up a record amount of boiled crawfish (4000 lbs), jambalaya, and hot dogs !! The kids had fun in the bounce house as well as the paddle boats.
Thank you to Wayne Stabiler of Catering Cajun of Louisiana for boiling up the crawfish. The delicious jambalaya was cooked and served by Larry Grahm of Elements of Spice Catering.
