Membership Update 9/22/2010
What does 5 plus 5 equal? 3-0! With an LSU record 5 field goals plus another 5 interceptions by the defense (another school record, we believe,) our 2010 Tigers are 3-0 for the season and 2-0 in conference play.
This Saturday, we entertain another top 25 team in the form of the West Virginia Mountaineers. With an 8 PM kick off, you'll want to be at our 5 watch locations by 7 PM for good sets. The turnout for our Tigers has grown steadily this year and all 5 locations are geographically located so that you're no more than a 15 minutes drive from home. Come out and join our growing crowd. When we had one location, we had a tight knit crowd but rarely over 100. Now we entertain almost 300 supporters and are growing. Each location has food and drink specials and your Dallas membership affords you a 20% discount on food. So take advantage with your friends of our partners who are proud to be a part of our LSU Alumni Association growth. And don't forget to thank them!
Thanks for all who have volunteered to help with High School Recruiting. Your efforts have helped LSU recruit talented students like Chase Howard of Flower Mound HS. In case you don't know Chase, he's the Drum Major for the Nationally Renowned LSU Marching Band! Keep up the good work and we'll have more outstanding DFW students to highlight in the future.
