Hey, Texas Tigers!

It's "that time of year" again -- time to start recruiting the LSU Class of 2011. Most of you know our alumni volunteers help pass out brochures and info at various college night programs all over the metroplex during Sept., Nov., and Dec. We've already begun to fill the programs with volunteers, but attached is the schedule showing the nights and locations of the ones we still need help on. LSU will be sending one of the recruiters from Baton Rouge (Antonio Benjamin) to work, so if you see his name listed, you will be helping him. Otherwise, the needs are for alumni volunteers to work the program. If the program says, "Only if alum is interested", these are ones Antonio can handle by himself, but if an alum has a connection to that school or really wants to help out, it's fine.

Please check your schedule, and e-mail me ASAP to let me know where you'd like to help. We'll be holding a training session sometime during the week prior to Sept. 13. (More details to follow about that.)

All of you who worked last year played a critical part in recruiting our largest class ever from the DFW area -- 202 students! THANKS AGAIN for volunteering, and I look forward to hearing from you.
